C.O.R.E.- Community Organized Resources for Educating Youth – Freshman Impact
This was an amazing program, there was a student attending that was contemplating suicide, who broke down and is now getting help. Two South Dakota state representatives were there; both are sold on the program because of the impact they saw of the program. There is now talk of doing a program in Pierre for the state legislators, so they can witness firsthand on what it does to students and adults alike. The ultimate goal would be funding from the state.
