OneHeart – Transportation Program
Jared enrolled at OneHeart while working to stabilize his employment after a period of housing insecurity. Having dependable rides reduced stress, improved reliability at work, and allowed Jared to focus on longer-term planning rather than daily survival. The Transportation Program served as a critical bridge, supporting Jared’s progress toward self-sufficiency and reduced reliance on services.
