Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota – Arise Youth Center/West
In the last 6 months the Arise Youth Center Outreach Case Manager assisted one family who was having transportation issues with working with community resources to assist with transportation to and from court to prevent further involvement with the Juvenile Justice System and warrants being issued. The youth and family were able to complete the court process and successfully complete the court orders put in place.
