The Salvation Army of the Black Hills – Social Services
A young man recently came to us after successfully completing a rehabilitation program and obtaining a new identification card. He was motivated and excited to begin searching for employment and rebuilding his life. However, he shared concerns that he did not have appropriate clothing for job interviews. Through our program, we were able to provide him with a voucher for The Salvation Army Thrift Store, allowing him to select professional interview attire. This simple support helped increase his confidence and remove a barrier as he took important steps toward employment and long-term stability.
