NeighborWorks Dakota Home Resources
Nicole applied to NeighborWorks Dakota Home Resources (NWDHRS) in early June 2024 for down payment assistance. As a family with 3 children, they had trouble saving enough for a down payment.
After consulting with a counselor for qualifications and best alternatives a loan was approved from NWDHR funds. The family quickly submitted all necessary paperwork and completed a homebuyer education course closing on the purchase of their first home before the summer ended.
