Your Generosity in Action
WellFully is an organization that helps adolescents facing mental health crises. Clients can even reconnect with a counselor after therapy at any time on Facebook. One evening, a former client from Hot Springs was at the point of taking
her own life. She connected with WellFully on Facebook, and two counselors immediately responded. The counselors worked with a suicide prevention team that drove over an hour to connect with the client in person.
This is just one story of one life changed. UWBH supports more than 40 different nonprofits serving the Black Hills and each one has hundreds of stories of lives changed thanks to your donation to UWBH.
When you partner with United Way of the Black Hills, you are partnering with organizations like WellFully that help save lives in the Southern Hills. We are so happy that we are able to play a part in these stories with you.
