Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a program funded by United Way of the Black Hills to allow children ages 0-5 to receive an age appropriate book mailed to their home once a month.
In 2024, approximately 4,860 children were enrolled and received a book every month. (That’s over 58,000 books to children in ONE YEAR!)

APH and The Dollywood Foundation have collaborated to expand the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL) program, providing young children who are blind and low vision with accessible books in print/braille and audio formats ensuring that all DPIL children and families are able to share and enjoy the books they receive.
